Sure, we’re a funny looking bunch of guys, but here’s what you should know about us: We love barbeque — maybe a little too much. We care a lot about service and making sure you have a positive experience every time you visit. And, we love this community. We didn’t land in White Sulphur Springs, WV by accident. This is our home, and we’re committed to seeing this place and its people thrive.

David Bostic

David Bostic was born and raised right here. He started out at The Greenbrier, working in just about every food and beverage position and finally the conference services department before leaving to work for a large hospitality company in Virginia. There he oversaw several operations from diners to University dining. Eventually, he brought his family home to White Sulphur Springs, purchased Resort Home Services and launched numerous other ventures. Road Hog’s BBQ is equal parts heart and business for David.

Clay Elkins

After 13 years as Director of Food and Beverage at the Greenbrier Sporting Club, Clay opened The Local CafĂ© and Grocer in Lewisburg 2019. Clay is the quintessential food and wine guy who strives to deliver an authentic and excellent restaurant experience. A native of North Carolina, Clay is lucky enough to call Greenbrier County his home now. He hasn’t been here long enough for anyone to call him a native, but long enough to know he wouldn’t raise his son anywhere else. We guess we’ll let him stay.
